Schapelle Corby & The Monkeys on O'Connor's shoulder

Brendon,

Here's my reply to your joke of a letter . . . please quote each numbered point I make when you respond (because a further response is required) . . . and I will phone your office, to confirm you have receipt of this missive.

Point 1

(click on each paragraph to enlarge & read)

My questions about Schapelle to Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, earlier than February this year, were extensive and detailed. Now a young Australian woman is dying in a Bali hell-hole for a crime she did not commit, so damn well have the respect and grace to pay attention. You will answer them, and you will answer every single point in detail.

Please reproduce each and every question I sent Rudd over 5 months ago, and put your response beneath. I will send you formal reminders about this every two weeks from now on, and publicly diarise those efforts, and the results. I'm also lodging another formal complaint with ACLEI (later this week), about your refusal (to date), to address those key points.

I also suggest you liaise (when answering those questions), with Foreign Affairs Minister Stephen Smith, as just a few days ago, I was formally told those questions were his responsibility.

Point 2

  • Further, I have just sent this extensive missive to the Queensland CMC, which quite clearly sets the complete lack of any physical or circumstantial evidence linking Schapelle with the drugs found in her bag. For the benefit of the Australian public, will you please confirm the five key points I make there are correct.
  • Further, for the benefit of the Australian public, will you please confirm that it was not up to Schapelle to "Prove" that the drugs were linked to a "Third party" (as you put it), rather it was up to the prosecution to prove that Schapelle was linked to the drugs.
Point 3

Please aware that there will be an FOI application for documents relating the "Investigation" you refer to. It should be very, very interesting. Please do this Google search. Now, for the benefit of the Australian public, will you please confirm that the "Advice" you received was worthless, useless and completely incorrect.

Point 4

  • For the benefit of the Australian public, will you please confirm that the exact same baggage handling crew that dealt with Schapelle's bags were later charged with gross corruption.
  • For the benefit of the Australian public, will you please respond to the exact same questions I am asking Nicholas Moore, CEO of Maquarie Bank - because when corrupt bastards tamper with the "Evidence" you refer to here, of course the AFP will say "No evidence was identified."
Point 5

I'm sure justice will catch up with Keelty over these matters, but right now he's on the back burner. It's enough dealing with the present incumbent.

Regards, Kim

Just rang Brendan's office (around 1pm). They were unable to confirm whether or not the above questions were received, because I sent them in a link, and not in the body of an email. I've therefore just sent them in the "Body" of an email, as well as faxed them, plus sent the fax as an attachment, via email.

Just rang back after doing that, and Christine confirmed that my fax was received.
