Schapelle Corby - Are the Banks Getting Cold Feet With Bali?

There's not much good to be said about banks. They're a bunch of hard nosed bastards and cold hearted realists, which is why their unemotional eyes can see right through the media gloss and spin. Bottom line is, if you're trashing the environment, increasing your prices and shaking down tourists, it's all going to end in tears. It's an unsustainable investment milieu, full stop. The mandarins see the writing on the wall. That's their job.

So I really, really hope the latest news about Schapelle is on the money. Some really good PR, and some goodwill, is desperately needed.
