Schapelle Corby - Ian Temby, Are NSW Criminals Supervised & How Many Police Integrity Commission Cases Were Prosecuted?

Dear Ian,

This is research for a book, so I look forward to hearing from the New South Wales Director of Public Prosecutions re my questions.

Firstly, in relation to "Tom," the corrupt Qantas baggage handler who was paid over $1.5 million by the New South Wales Crime Commission, what continuing supervision is he under, considering his graphic criminal history? Or does he have carte blanche to continue offending? And if this is not your area of responsibility, can you refer me to the appropriate department please.

Secondly, what was the outcome of the four cases the NSW PIC recommended for prosecution in 2009 - 10?

I look forward to hearing from you, Kim
